Joined Real Estate Group as an exclusive buyer’s representative to provide superior
representation to clients of the group who are looking to purchase a new home. Developed lead
tracking spreadsheet to monitor the effectiveness of various lead generating activities. Assisted
in developing a strategy for effective utilization of social media to enhance the traditional
real estate marketing of the group.

for high rise condominium development, attending planning commission meetings and workshops,

Project Manager – Houston, TX Stonehenge Custom Homes. Inc 2002-2003
Merged company with another builder in order to provide larger marketing presence. Provided
on site supervision for three custom homes, of 4, 6 and 10 thousand square feet, and two major
remodels in the Memorial Villages area of Houston. Completing one 4,000 Sq Ft house in 30 days less
than the contract called for. Consulted on and provided support services for four additional projects
in the West University neighborhood of Houston. Ordered materials, scheduled sub-contractors and city
and engineering inspections. Insured compliance with all building codes. Managed Building Permit
applications through City of Houston plan review.

President and General Manager – Houston, TX Symphony Homes, Inc. 1999-2002
Founded and managed boutique custom home building company, operating in the Memorial Villages
area of Houston. Successfully completed custom contract homes from 4,000 to 7,000 sq. ft. Developed
customized specification sheets, change order procedures and accounting reports, setting up QuickBooks
Pro accounting system. Implemented a scope of work program with sub-contractors to reduce conflicts,
call-backs and charge backs. Interfaced with husbands, wives and Interior Designers in order to
deliver a product that met or exceeded expectations.

Construction Manager – Houston King Residential Group, Inc. 1999
An architectural and interior design firm in Houston, which had recently begun offering
construction services to their design clients. Responsible for a 20,000-sq. ft. custom home with
indoor swimming pool, home theater, tennis court, and mosque from the trim carpentry stage through
final delivery. Concurrently oversaw the framing, plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough- in of a 12,000-sq, ft. custom home with steel lined “safe room”, low voltage lighting system and elevator. Developed Excel spread sheet to track cost, change orders and overruns for presentation to homeowners. Reviewed and organized files of all prior payables, contracts and invoices to provide data for input to the presentation spreadsheet.
